Insurance Coverage

The full payment of $185.00 in required for the first visit.

Insurance billing service is not offered at this time. A superbill will be provided to you, which you submit to your insurance company and the company pays you directly the reimbursable amount allowed by your plan.

If you have a deductible to meet, then the covered portion of your payment will go toward meeting the deductible. You will be required to pay the $85.00 for follow up visits until your deductible is met.

In some cases, the deductible is waived for acupuncture visitis. If this is the case, your allowable covered amount is reimbursed to you.
